Here is a Hadith on Shab-e-Barat:
Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "On the night of mid-Sha'ban, Allah Almighty looks upon His creation and forgives all of them, except for the polytheist and the one who harbors enmity." (Ibn Majah)
This Hadith emphasizes the importance of seeking forgiveness from Allah on the night of Shab-e-Barat. It is believed that Allah forgives the sins of those who sincerely repent and seek forgiveness on this night.
